Dzien dobry kolezanki i koledzy,

Na wstepie chcialbym zyczyc wszystkim duzo zdrowia pogody ducha jak i spelnienia marzen zarowno tych na etapie zawodowym jak i prywatnym.

Jak dobrze wszyscy wiemy, niestety nie wszystko zawsze idzie po naszej mysli i czasami zdarzaja sie sytuacje kiedy zdrowie nie dopisuje i niestety nie jestesmy w stanie spelniac naszych marzen jak i rowniez marzen naszych najblizszych a nie wspominajac juz o obowiazkach zawodowych . W tej sytuacji nikt z nas nie chcialby sie znaleszc jednak ... niestety kilka osob z naszej spolecznosci JASMINO Corporation znalazlo sie w sytuacji ze nie moga pomoc nam wszystkim na budowach i byc moze nie chca odezwac sie ze potrzebuja nas w tej chwili, jak my potrzebujemy ich, badz potrzebowalismy badz potrzebowac bedziemy.

W zwiazku z tym chcialbym zasiegnac waszej porady i prosic was o przemyslenie czy nie byloby sensowne zalozenie dobrowolnej skladki / funduszu dla naszych kolegow i kolerzanek w potrzebie.

Czesc z was wie ze jeden z naszych kolegow Pan Piotr Jaworski i jedna z naszych kolerzanek Chahrazad Scheier  na chwile obecna przechodza ciezkie chwile i mysle (przynajmniej ja na ich miejscu nie chialbym sie czuc jak pusty beben) mam nadzieje ze jestesmy jedna wieka rodzina.

Jak kazda rodzina, kazdy z nas, dzisiaj moze nie, ale jutro, za miesiac, rok, za 10 lat albo nigdy (oby tak bylo) nie bedzie potrzebowal pomocy od najblizszych/kolegow/kolerzanek, ale dzis Sa w naszej rodzinie osoby ktore byc moze tej pomocy potrzebuja ale nie maja odwagi/dumy  o nia prosic.

W imieniu tych wlasnie osob chcialbym prosic o zalozenie dobrowolnej  organizacji w naszej grupie w celu wspierania osob ktore potrzebuja, beda potrzebowac pomocy kazdego z nas.

Ze swojej strony deklaruje pelne wsparcie i anonimowosc jesli takie beda zyczenia. Nie wazne sa SLOWA tylko CZYNY.

Oby nigdy nikt nie musial korzastac z pomocy kolerzanek i kolegow.

Dear Colleagues,

first of all I want to wish all of you all the best. Health, Joy and that all your wishes , at work place as well as in private will come true.

But as you know, this is not always possible, and sometimes we face situations where our health situation gets in the way. Sometimes we have to deal with things that we cannot manage on our own without support and help. Nobody wants to be alone in such a situation!

Unfortunately some of our colleagues from our Corporation (JASMINO CORPORATION)  actually find themselves in really tough situations. Some of you know that Mr. Jaworski’s family as well as Mrs. Scheier’s family are currently facing hard times.

In my experience we have always looked out for each other, both on the construction site as well as in the backoffice. I hope we can all call and treat each other as one big family. Especially since we spend more time together than with our actual families…

Any of us could find ourselves in a situation where we need help at some point in time, so let's stick together!

Because actions speak louder than words, we have commissioned a donation account in consultation with the management. As soon as this account is active, I will inform you so that you have the opportunity to make a donation of your choice.

This donation account will serve the following purpose:

- to support the two families mentioned above who are currently in a difficult situation

- to build up a reserve with your help in order to be able to support any colleague, employee or family member in the future if necessary

It would be great to see us all stand as one and show that we face life’s challenges together. Nobody here is left alone.

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,

zunächst einmal möchte ich Euch allen nur das Beste wünschen – Gesundheit, Freude und das all Eure Wünsche, sowohl am Arbeitsplatz als auch im Privatleben, in Erfüllung gehen.

Aber wie Ihr wisst wird nicht immer alles davon eintreten und manchmal stehen wir vor Situationen in denen unsere Gesundheit uns im Weg steht. Manchmal haben wir mit Dingen zu kämpfen, die wir alleine ohne Unterstützung und Hilfe nicht bewältigen können. In einer solchen Situation möchte niemand alleine sein!

Leider befinden sich derzeit einige unserer Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei der JASMINO CORPORATION in wirklich schwierigen Situationen. Einige von Euch wissen vielleicht, dass die Familien von Herrn Jaworski und Frau Scheier momentan harte Zeiten durchmachen.

Nach meiner Erfahrung haben wir uns stets gegenseitig unterstützt – sowohl auf der Baustelle als auch im Backoffice. Ich hoffe, wir können uns alle als eine große Familie betrachten und auch so miteinander umgehen. Schließlich verbringen wir mehr Zeit miteinander als mit unseren eigentlichen Familien…

Jeder von uns könnte irgendwann in eine Situation geraten, in der sie oder er Hilfe benötigt. Deshalb sollten wir zusammenhalten!

Da Taten mehr als Worte sagen, haben wir in Absprache mit der Geschäftsleitung ein Spendenkonto eingerichtet. Sobald dieses Konto aktiv ist, werde ich Euch informieren, damit Ihr die Möglichkeit habt, hier eine freiwillige Spende zu leisten.

Dieses Spendenkonto dient den folgenden Zwecken:

-Akute Unterstützung der oben genannten Familien, die sich derzeit in einer schwierigen Lage befinden

-Aufbau einer Reserve, um künftig (falls notwendig) Kolleginnen, Kollegen oder deren Familienangehörige unterstützen zu können

Es wäre großartig zu sehen, dass wir zusammenstehen und zeigen, dass wir gemeinsam die Herausforderungen des Lebens meistern. Niemand hier ist allein.
