Hi y'all! 

My name is Adam Montgomery. I am a performance artist and director currently based in Philadelphia. I'm fundraising to continue my pursuing my MFA at the Pig Iron School/University of the Arts devised performance program where i'll soon be entering my second year.

My first year at Pig Iron was life changing. I met an amazing cohort of artists and collaborators; I began to explore the Lecoq pedagogy in depth; I took a train from Philadelphia to San Francisco and saw the Rocky Mountains, the salt flats of Utah, and the plains of Nebraska. I am waiting with bated breath for what the second year will throw at me.

Due to an already high student loan debt burden, i am not eligible for any more federal funding. This money will go toward tuition, and any extra will be used to ease that burden.
