School Kitchen for Peace & Hope Initiative

Sadness. The deep longing to help those in need. These are the overwhelming feelings Brittnee and Walter, the founders of Yenisi Beauty ® felt when visiting Peace and Hope Initiative. A school in the capital of Rwanda was built in the middle of one of the most impoverished areas in the country. Fresh hope in the eyes of young boys and girls whose families have been plagued with generational poverty, is the sole motivator for Peace and Hope Initiative to continue growing and expanding. Yenisi Beauty ® has partnered with Peace & Hope Initiative to continue to pull children off the streets and put them in classrooms where they can discover their passions, purpose, and a new hope for their futures.

Peace and Hope Initiative needs your help! Right now we are raising money to build a new kitchen, as the present kitchen has a dirt floor, no sink, and a makeshift coal cooktop placed on the floor. This addition will allow the students to be fed meals at the school, which many are not fortunate enough to receive at home.
