School Fees Support for Orphans in Zimbabwe

Education is one way to open doors to life's opportunities. Unfortunately, education is not freely accessible in Zimbabwe - affecting orphaned children the most.

This is why I am working with Princess Connect, a British organisation with projects and supporting orphanages in Africa. Through Princess Connect I found out more personally about the children who have very little in a country going through challenging economical time. Though prospects for employment seem low, they are next to 0 for those without education.

Tapiwa & TJ are going to run from Birmingham City to Wolverhampton to help raise funds to send some of these kids to school. Lord knows, this will be a challenge!

The goal is to raise £1,500 which can see 12 kids in primary school, or 8 kids in secondary school for the whole year.  This is a chance to give some of these children an equal opportunity to education and life that is otherwise denied to them by not having parents.

Through this fundraising, we also hope to raise awareness of the Princess Connect Foundation and their projects to continually support these children throughout their education and lives; also to encourage others to fundraise and take up responsibilities for others in need.
