As our school continues to grow, delivering Christ-centred education and preparing our children for a world where they can be light in the darkness, we are looking to expand our classroom space.

We are looking to raise £18,000 to be able to get a new portacabin placed on top of one we already have! This will enable us to grow and accept more pupils into the school. It will give each class a dedicated area to help them flourish and grow.

The money raised will enable us to have this portacabin brought on site and fitted. This will gain 2 new classrooms! We will also use the money raised to tarmac an area of the playground that desperately needs it.

God has been so good to us already and a large amount of money has already been given!

There will be lots of different fundraising activities.

Our main one is a sponsored bike and run on a treadmill and exercise bikes. All Staff and pupils will be taking part. We will be aiming to travel 563 miles during school hours! It will be a film-themed day, hence why we are travelling the equivalent of Paris to Cannes, home of the film festival.

Everyone will be encouraged to dress up as their favourite film character to take part.

It will be a challenge, but one we look forward to trying! It will take place on Friday 10th October 2025. We will be posting updates throughout the day on our Facebook page(Emmanuel Christian School Leicester)
