Thousands of university graduates in Ethiopia are struggling to find jobs, not because they lack ambition, but because they haven’t had access to the hands-on, practical training that today’s tech careers demand. I am organizing this fundraiser to help these graduates attend the eztechforwomen.com bootcamp, which is dedicated to equipping them with the skills they need to compete for tech jobs around the globe. The bootcamp has generously offered a 70% discount, but many students still can’t afford the remaining 30% of the tuition. Without this support, their dreams of a career in technology remain out of reach.
With your help, we can cover the remaining tuition costs, provide laptops as needed and as we have fund available. The bootcamp goes beyond technical skills, offering an additional three months of training in work ethics, professionalism, communication, job searching, resume building, and interview preparation.
