We are raising funds to award scholarships to students going on to college from Overfelt High School in East San Jose. Dr. Gutierrez was a student at Overfelt in the late 70s and we are sharing his legacy by helping students financially. Dr. Nick was a committed advocate of higher education, a doctor of psychiatry, an associate professor at UCLA, and assistant director at Didi Hirsch Mental Clinic in Culver City, CA. He always made time to speak to others about education, life, the future, and traveling. As his older brother, I can tell you if you knew him, you loved him, and if he met you, he would love you too. All donations will be distributed by Overfelt High School principal Vito Chiala and are tax-deductible.
