Scholarships for Children in Bali

Hello, I'm Kai, the COO and President of Indosole. Our passion project, the 'Community Assist' Annual 3 on 3 Charity Basketball Tournament, is making a real difference. Together, we've achieved something incredible—we've rallied support and raised funds for the Ragam Foundation's Educational Scholarship program.

About the Event:

Community Assist is an annual Community Assist 3-On-3 Charity Basketball Tournament. The charity event, taking place at Canggu’s Community School is a day of fun for all ages, raising much-needed funds for Ragam Foundation’s innovative program.

What we've done:

On October 21st, 2023, the Bali community came together and raised an incredible Rp 162,446,000, paving the way to grant 15 Education Scholarships for Children in Bali through Ragam Foundation.

The Ragam Foundation is on a mission that truly inspires! They're all about making a lasting, positive difference in society by setting up sustainable support systems within communities. Their programs work hand in hand, creating a continuous cycle of change that leaves a lasting impact on everyone involved.

The funds have been successfully transferred to the foundation, initiating the scholarship process for the children.

We're committed to keeping everyone updated on their progress. Our goal is to sustain this program, ensuring these students not only complete university but also flourish in successful careers. We aim to expand this initiative to assist more children and families in need, both in Bali and beyond.

We've Initiated a Bonus Program Upon Achieving Beyond Our Goal!

It's set in Yeh Embang Kauh, Mendoyo, Jembrana Regency, Bali, spread across two schools, each hosting about 40 students. Teaming up with Yayasan Giri Amertha Santhi, we've sorted the location and gathered necessary supplies.

We’ve covered payments for two English teachers who'll come in once a week. It's just 300k per month for each teacher, totaling 600k for both, which sums up to 7.2 million for the entire year.

Now, we're looking for support to sustain the Ragam Foundation Education Scholarship program in the long term.
