Gary & Jani Schaefer Fund

As many of you know, everyone's favorite fishing buddy, salt-of-the-earth husband, son, father, grandfather, uncle and in-law Gary Schaefer suffered a sudden cardiac arrest this past Friday evening. He has not yet regained full consciousness, but the doctor's and your prayers have been able to keep him alive through the weekend and the family is maintaining hope that a miracle will continue to wake him up. 

As you can imagine, these things are not free. Medical bills, lost days of work, and costs for basic amenities add up quickly. Over the past year, Jani and Gary have been working incessantly to start a new business and convert their basement into a rental apartment - which is becoming an even more important step in what will be a long process to reduce financial liability.  Many of you have asked what you can do to help, and we've started this page on Go Fund Me as a way for you to send a gift to Jani and Gary to help keep them on their feet.
