Final Expenses

Mark Catron passed away peacefully in his sleep early in the morning 2/2/2022. As some of you know, he had been sick for about a month. He tested positive on Jan. 3rd for Covid-19 and thought that his recent symptoms were likely related to the virus. On Jan. 31, he was diagnosed with AML, a very aggressive type of Leukemia. He was told he might have maybe a month to live, he made an appointment to draft his last will and testament, but due to his unexpectedly quick passing, he was unable to complete that task. There was no time to draft the will or to make any other end-of-life arrangements.

Many of our friends know our beautiful daughter, Anna. She will need a lot of emotional, physical and financial support during this difficult time. Since Mark had no will, probate will take significant time. Mark has a mortgage payment as well as other bills that one has in order to maintain a household. Anna will have to pay these expenses until the probate process is complete. She has always been Mark's world, and above all else, he would want her taken care of during this heartbreaking time. If you can help out, we would be grateful. If it is not possible for you to assist her financially, then please reach out in other ways. Anna will need all the support she can get.

It's difficult to establish what the financial need will be. Funeral expenses will be factored in as well, $10,000 is the goal, and it's possible that the amount could change if expectations are different from what is actually needed.
