On July 23rd, Kim noticed a lump under her arm. She went in for a biopsy on August 15th, and on August 17th she found out it was stage 2+ breast cancer that had spread to her lymph nodes. It is curable with surgery, chemo and radiation. As we all know, the medical bills from treating cancer can be overwhelming. She has tried to apply for health insurance through the hospital but does not qualify. Other insurance is not attainable.

Kim has dedicated the past 18 years to caring for the town's children. We have set up this gofundme page in hopes that we can help her as much as she's helped with our kids as well as our town.
