By supporting the SCCPOA road repair fund you are fostering positive relationships between today's youth and local Law Enforcement!
We are attempting to raise enough funds in order to repair our existing road at our youth camping and range facility. The road is in bad shape and is getting to the point where it will require a 4-wheel drive in order to access our facility. The SCCPOA was incorporated in April 1965 and is a non-profit 501(c) 4, non-political, fraternal organization comprised of sworn law enforcement officers and non-sworn personnel from every agency within Santa Clara County. The SCCPOA provides services to many organizations within Santa Clara County including underprivileged, disadvantaged, and/or at-risk youth, 4H clubs, Young Marines, boy scouts, cub scouts, girl scouts, campfire girls, Lyons club and similar groups that cater to the needs of local youth in order to interact in a positive way with law enforcement officers while using our property. We offer our 171 acres of mountainside property, which we have owned and operated since 1970, which includes a pistol range, campgrounds, and archery range to all youth groups for no charge in order for them to learn camping skills, earn merit badges and to learn about gun safety. All monies raised will go directly into a designated road repair fund, to be used exclusively for the road project.
