Hey everyone!

Next August, I will be taking on the Tough Mudder challenge solo - a gruelling test of endurance, strength and determination. This isn’t just abut getting muddy and pushing myself to the limit; I’m doing it for a cause very close to my heart.

My wonderful Grandie has been living with Parkinson’s disease, a condition that affects millions of people and their families everyday. He is one of the most intelligent and inspiring people that I know, seeing how he has coped with the disease has inspired me to take action, raise awareness and money for valuable research, helping to make life easier for him and countless others.

By supporting my challenge, you’ll be helping Parkinson’s UK continue their vital work, including funding research, supporting families, and providing resources for those living with Parkinson’s. Every donation, big or small, will make a difference.

I’ll be completing the 5k obstacle run: facing freezing water, electroshock therapy, tear gas, deep mud pits, tight tunnels, scaling huge walls, to name a few- each of these will challenge me mentally and physically but knowing that it’s all for Parkinson’s UK will keep me motivated.
