SCAD Grads Bring “Isaac’s Eye” to Brooklyn

Donation protected
Hi there!

We’re a group of creatives (and grad school besties) who’ve reunited in NYC to put on a self-produced production of Isaac’s Eye by Lucas Hnath. It’s a sharp, funny, and deeply human play about science, legacy, and the lengths we'll go to be remembered. We’ll be performing at 7 PM, November 21–23, at Open Arts Studio in Brooklyn.

Like many indie productions, we're doing this for the love of the work and because we believe in the idea of creating our own opportunities. We’re covering everything ourselves, from performance rights and rehearsal space to props, costumes, and venue. We’re not looking to make a profit, just to share something we love without taking a huge loss in the process.

The rough breakdown of our costs:
Venue: $1,800
Rights: $500
Rehearsal Space: $1,300
Props/Costume/Set Pieces: $100

Every bit helps us get this story on its feet and share it with the community, and no donation is too small. We're truly appreciative of any and all support, even if it means simply sharing our post with others.

Thank you for your support, and we hope to see you at the show!

With Gratitude,
The Isaac’s Eye Team
