I'm Hugo and I'm a trans man living in London!

I am trying to raise money for my top surgery hopefully happening at the start of 2026. I came out in 2022 and have been living my best authenic life since then and am finally in a position to move forward with pursuing top surgery!

I'm exploring a few options for the surgery but the most likely options is a clinic in Lithuania. I'm looking to raise the surgery money of £3500 as well as anything over that can help with travel, accomodation and recovery costs.

It's going to be an exciting and long road ahead and any help that can be given will be so hugely appreciated!
