Medical Bills for John
Donation protected
As many of you know, John Grimes experienced a severe spinal cord injury as a result of an accident on the farm six weeks ago. While he still only has movement in one arm, we are hopeful that he will continue to gain motion and feeling back daily. The healing journey will be intense over the next 12-18 months, but if there is anyone who can handle it, we know he can. The love and support for him and his family have been felt by every one of the calls, messages, and visitors from near and far since that awful February day. We simply cannot say thank you enough to those that have been there for us during this life-changing journey.
With that being said, he is set to be discharged from inpatient rehab on April 4th to come home before starting his outpatient rehabilitation.
There are numerous medical equipment pieces John and Joanie will need to live a more normal life. While insurance will take care of some items, there are major gaps in what insurance will pay for and what he needs. John and Joanie would never ask, but I am asking those who know and love them to help as they see fit. I believe the crop insurance world and the Angus world will show love and support for John and Joanie. Please help them move home, and the future be a little easier.
