My husband Armando Quiroz suffered a cerebral stroke on September 12, he is in the hospital in West Virginia where I have been staying with him for about a month now . He needs to get transferred to a medical rehab clinic in Oklahoma , where we live. And the insurance doesn't want to cover the transfer. The only way to be transferred would be by medical plane due to him not being able to travel by ambulance due to his conditions .Any help is appreciated and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
