Nobody likes to ask for help, but when your child needs a transplant, you have no choice but to put your pride aside. So on behalf of our amazing “sister” and her son, we are asking you to please help this amazing family out. Damian was born with a great heart and an amazing soul, but unfortunately, his kidneys were not so blessed. He was born with chronic kidney disease. Damian has been an independent 19-year-old living on his own and living life to its fullest. Now he is in end-stage renal disease and fighting for his life to get a kidney transplant and raise money for his medical bills, which will, unfortunately, be more than he, his family or insurance can handle. No donation is too small because, in the end, it will add up to help Damian get back to living life to the fullest again
