Help John with a Car Downpayment

I'm a single dad with a 7 year old daughter living in Buda, Texas. I've had a hard time finding a job since COVID and had to move back in with my elderly parents who are on a fixed income.

This past Sunday, I went to pick up a special Valentine's Day lunch for my daughter and her mom. This was the first day of the Texas Winter storm and I had not yet seen any of the alerts. However, I was driving safely and slowly on the freeway, but as I took the exit, my car hit a patch of ice and slid out of control into a traffic light pole.

Because of financial reasons I had cancelled the collision coverage on my car about 6 months ago.

I'm looking for a safe and reliable used Nissan Murano (2012 - 2013) so I can pick up my daughter on the days that she is with me and earn some income doing handyman work and odd jobs.  Depending on the mileage, they are ranging from $9,000 - $12,000.

I have been approved for financing and can afford the monthly payments and insurance (full coverage) but need a $2,000 down payment to make it work.  I'm trying to get a car in the next 3 - 5 days.

Any amount that you can give would be greatly appreciated.
