Fighting for my family

Hello everyone. My name is Jennifer and my family is in major need of assistance.

My significant other, Adam, has fallen very ill over the last 2 months. His kidney function dropped to 2%, he had a blood clot in his lung, and broke his arm at work. During this time, he was unable to work and still has not received workers' comp. He was the main money maker in our home. I watched children out of the home, but it is nowhere near enough to pay our bills.

I have since then applied to jobs left and right and haven't found anything that will continue to pay our bills. We have found a new home we can afford with what I make, but we don't have any money saved up. We need the money for a down-payment, first month's rent, and to turn on the power and water. We hate having to ask for help, but we have no choice. I do not want my children to be homeless and lose everything they have. I'm begging everyone to help by sharing or donating.

UPDATE: we are blown away by everyone’s generosity!!! We currently have 10 days left until the landlord will move with his process of finding someone else. Even if that happens though the money will still go toward whatever place we can find :) Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. Me and children can NOT thank everyone enough. Our community has truly amazed us with all this help. God bless everyone!
