Hello! We are two Puerto Rican Dartmouth students interested in raising funds for "Techos Pa' Mi Gente" ("roofs for my people"), a local nonprofit focusing on the repair of roofs in Puerto Rico. Our beautiful island was recently rocked by Hurricane Fiona, decimating much of our fragile infrastructure and power grid that is still reeling from the effects of category 5 Hurricane Maria's direct hit five years ago. All proceeds go directly to "Techos Pa' Mi Gente," who we have known to have done excellent work five years ago after Maria and continue to do so now after Fiona. In addition to the thrift sale we're organizing for Sunday, October 2nd, we are opening this GoFundMe for open donations.
