It is with great sadness and disbelief that we announce the sudden and very unexpected passing of Rosa Maria Duran at the age of 66.

Rosa is survived her only son Francisco Duran his wife Elisa Duran and two beautiful grand children, Narmi (4), and Xavier (2). We are devastated by the loss of our amazing mother and grandmother.

Rosa was a very special person and beloved by the Pacoima community where she lived, worked (Pacoima elementary) and volunteered since she immigrated to this country 49 years ago from Jalisco Mexico. Her family was of utmost importance. Family was her motivation in life.

The Duran family would appreciate any help or support we can get during this time of need. The loss of a beautiful mother now creates a financial burden for us. During this time we need help with funeral expenses.
