Our brother, friend and colleague Daniel Mommens lost his ten year old son on January 30, 2020. Junn Mommens was born on January 8, 2010 and is survived by his mother Hitomi and two older brothers all of Japan. Junn enjoyed board games with his brothers, his swim classes and Dan's taco salads! Junn had been treated and hospitalized during the last year and died suddenly of complications due to seizures. Daniel had been spending quality time with Junn by flying and commuting between Japan and San Francisco during the last year and is so grateful for those moments.
