Want to join me in making a difference?

I'm raising money to sponsor four young women in grades 9-12 to learn how to become Junior Venture Capitalists through the Women Founders Network Jr VC program this year!

I will be participating in the Jr. VC program myself this year and want to raise money to sponsor five more girls my age to benefit from the same experience. Any donation will help make an impact.

The mission of Women Founders Network ("WFN") is to raise awareness, inspire and prepare the next generation of women venture capitalists and investors through education and real-life experiences.

Once selected into the program, the Jr. VCs are taught how to evaluate a business in the same manner a venture capitalist does to determine their investment worthiness. They learn real-life lessons by having access to the Fast Pitch finalists’ information, guidance on how to select investment-worthy businesses and are provided a $5,000 grant to award one of those businesses.

Women Founders Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides resources and education on entrepreneurship and investing to women and girls. Their annual Fast Pitch competition provides access to capital, visibility, and mentoring for female founders. They hope to inspire the next generation of women entrepreneurs and investors through their Due Diligence Analyst program for college women and their Junior Venture Capitalist program for young women in grades 9-12. More information about WFN and the Jr. VC program is available here.
