Saying Goodbye to Naresh – Supporting his family
Donation protected
It’s hard to put into words the heartbreak we feel after losing our friend and colleague, Naresh Bhudia, who passed away following a car accident on June 7. His wife, Beena, remains in intensive care. While she is responding well to treatment, we know she has a long road to recovery ahead.
Naresh was part of The Globe’s IT Support Team for nearly 15 years, but to so many of us, he was much more than a coworker. He was the guy who always had your back, who could make you laugh even on the most stressful days, and who never hesitated to help, no matter how busy he was. He brought warmth, patience, and a quiet strength to everything he did. He stayed a true friend long after work hours ended.
Along with his wife, Naresh leaves behind their two daughters, Riya and Keshani. He was the kind of dad who showed up for every moment, big or small, and the kind of partner who made sure his home was filled with love, laughter, and care.
We’ve created this fundraiser to support Beena, Riya, and Keshani as they face the unimaginable. The goal is to help ease some of the financial pressure during this incredibly difficult time and to support the girls’ future in a way Naresh would have wanted.
If you knew Naresh, you know how much he gave to others. Now it’s our turn to give back. Any amount you can contribute, no matter how small, will make a difference. And if you’re not in a position to donate, sharing this page or keeping his family in your thoughts means the world.
Thank you for your support.
