Saying goodbye to Jason Stevenson

Jason Stevenson has always been so strong and thought he could do it all.

He was pushing someone’s car that had broken down along a 2-lane narrow road, trying to get it to a safe place to park. He was so tired and out of breath. My sister tried multiple times to get him to leave it, that it wasn’t worth it. He asked for something to drink, and as she walked to her car to get it, he collapsed.

A police officer came at that exact moment and began CPR, and although EMS worked on him for nearly an hour, they were unable to save him.

Jason Stevenson, age 52, died of a heart attack on Monday, January 6th / Tuesday, January 7th.

My sister, Jodi, suddenly and unexpectedly lost her life partner of nearly 18 years.

This AUTHORIZED GoFundMe is set up to help Jodi, as she navigates this tremendous loss and hopefully give her some time to heal.
