Saying farewell to Jacob Ratliff

Hi, my name is Leatha and I could use your help. Our family found out some devastating news. On February 28th my brother, Jacob Ratliff, passed away. He just turned 30. Jacob was loved by so many people and was taken from us way too soon. We are trying to lay him to rest and need your help...anything would help. He loved his family so much, and we loved him.
