Sayed Nawid Lutfi

My name is Dave Petersen and I am a United Pilot, I’m fund raising for my good friend, Sayed Lutfi.

I’m so saddened that my good friend Sayed Lutfi’s son passed away unexpectedly in Dallas, Texas. Sayed has been a Staff Representative at United for many years and has always been there for the United pilots. I wanted to set up this GoFundMe for Sayed and his family to show our love and support from the United pilots.

Sayed’s son, Sayed Nawid Lutfi worked for United for about 10 years, was an Air Force veteran of 14 years, and was shot trying to do the right thing as an unarmed citizen. Sayed and his wife were at his hospital bedside when he passed away.

Sayed has been an integral part of our flight operations family for many years and his work has helped and touched all of us. Our deepest condolences go out to Sayed and his family.

All funds will go directly to Sayed and his wife.
