We all loved Malik and cared for him. I am Monique Phelps, I am his sister, and I will be running the account. Thank you to all the family and friends who donated and continue to donate to support the family and there grievance. There will be a protest for Malik at the Federal Way Police Department on June 28, at 3 PM. Any donations that are received, will be going to the suffering family of Malik Williams.
