Hillsborough County Mandatory Mask Lawsuit
On June 22nd the Emergency Planning Group voted to require the use of face coverings for every person living, visiting, or doing business inside Hillsborough County outside of their residence. This mandate has been poorly studied, including zero studies to determine effectiveness versus other prophylactic measures.
This Executive Order from the Emergency Planning Group (EPG) comes while COVID-19 hospitalizations and deaths are steadily declining across the state. Private businesses will be detrimentally affected and forced to ensure compliance with the mandatory mask mandate! The EPG has no legal authority to approve such an order!
We are raising money to file a suit against Hillsborough County EPG on behalf of the residents and business owners of Hillsborough County. Attorney Anthony Sabatini will be filing the suit on our behalf, I will be personally involved with the case and will be responsible for the incurred legal fees. Please donate!!
