Sawyer's Top Surgery Recovery Fund

Hello! My name is Sawyer. I am seeking mutual aid to fund the recovery time for my gender affirming top surgery.

I have spent the last four and a half years going through the process of trying to obtain this surgery. During that time, life and money issues have forced me to lose my progress twice. Thankfully, things have finally settled to where it is now feasible.

This procedure will greatly improve my quality of life and let me feel more comfortable in my own body. I have had all of my consults and will be recieving a finalized surgery date imminently, pending final sign-off from my insurance.

The funds raised here will cover the things my insurance won't: travel, housing, cost of living, and food for the 4-6 weeks I will need to take off of work and recover.

My full goal is $4,600 (all costs covered). $2,500 is the minimum I need to be able to put the remainder of costs on my credit card.
