Melissa Louise (Sehlhorst) Hoffman, 42, of Kalida, passed away at 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 13. 

She is survived by her daughter Sawyer. 

Melissa worked at Lima Memorial Hospital as a Respiratory Therapist. She had a passion for taking care of others. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Kalida. Melissa had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.  Melissa was a very loving mother and adored her daughter Sawyer.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to Sawyer’s Education Fund.
