Sawyer Cassidy, has officially lost the battle with gravity, sports, or just life in general—and now needs knee surgery. That’s right, my knee has decided it no longer wants to participate in walking, running, or existing without sounding like a microwave popcorn bag.

While I would love to just slap some duct tape on it and limp heroically into the sunset, the medical professionals insist on something called “actual surgery.” Fancy, right?

Unfortunately, knees aren’t cheap. Between the hospital bills, physical therapy, and all the Jell-O I will definitely need post-op, the costs are piling up faster than i can say “arthroscopy.”
