Hi, I’m Savino’s mom, Stefania … Savino was diagnosed with Predominant Hodgkins Lymphoma. He’s been dealing with doctor’s visits for just under a year. Savino is excellent at baseball and loves pitching and 1st base. He is also a stellar student receiving Honor Roll every quarters of every year and just recently was welcomed to start college courses this fall at the age of 14! Savino is a hilarious young man and the sweetest son a mom could ask for .

Unfortunately insurance doesn’t cover all the expenses as well as he will be given multiple weekly treatments of chemotherapy and possible radiation that will not all be covered. His father and I will need to take turns in the hospital for the time it takes to fight this battle with him and God willing he will get through it quickly and safely. Unfortunately my work does not give PTO and his father will need to give up his overtime and the bills will not stop. Any money raised will take care of doctor’s copays, toll costs, monthly bills, groceries and medicine he may need to keep him comfortable .
