Dear friends, family and Compassionate Souls

I can't believe I am writing these words. Avery Jade was considered cancer free almost 2 Years Ago. But for some unfortunate reason her cancer is back and is worse than the last time. This beautiful child is in Stonybrook hospital once again undergoing heavy rounds of Chemo Therapy to try to shrink the tumor once again. Her odds this time are not as good as the last time. The doctors and nurses love her so much they are killing themselves to do everything they can to try to help. If the Chemo works to shrink the tumor, she will be transported to Cohen's Children for a month to undergo Stem Cell Therapy . My daughter Amanda is the most loving mother I have ever met and lives at the hospital with Avery. My wife and I as well as Amanda's boyfriends family are doing all we can to take care of her 9 year old son Greyson who is also struggling to deal with the scope of what is going on.

In all my life I have never dealt with a child so full of life and she truly has and effect on every person she comes in contact with. She is so loving and playful and tough, I can't imagine a world without her.

I really can't believe I am doing this again, but i am reaching out to all of you to help cover the costs of lost wages and care for Avery and Greyson.

Any amount you can find in your heart to donate would be appreciated more than you can ever know. We as a family are fighting as hard as we can to help, but it gets quite overwhelming at times.
