In surah two, verse thirty-three Allah says: “And be steadfast in prayer; practice regular charity, and bow down your heads with those who bow down (in worship)”. From the Qur'an we learn that giving is simply worth “the reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:274).

Hi, I am fundraising for Mrs. Nazia Nadeem from Melbourne (originally from Pakistan) who is suffering from Stage 3 Breast Cancer. She is mother of 4 children. She was diagnosed with cancer last year and sadly her condition has worsened.

She does not have Medicare or Government benefits and Insurance is not covering it (She does not have Permanent resident or citizenship). It is with heavy heart we have to share that she and family needs immediate support for her operation and immediate cancer treatment. She has used all their family savings and had sold their food truck to pay for her treatment. Currently, she does not have funds for urgent operation, immediate treatment, medicines and have overdue rent for weeks, electricity and water bills.

The consequences of delaying her treatment are dire and could ultimately mean losing the battle against cancer stage 3 — no family should go through especially with young children aged 15, 13, 11, and 6 years relying on her.

Your donations will be used for Mrs. Nazia Nadeem's immediate cancer treatment, operation and pay for her basic necessities (rent, electricity and water bills)
