Hi my name is Dani and I was put in touch with a beautiful lady who rescues cats and uses her pension to help all these beautiful souls! She introduced me to a cat that has just been taken to the vets and the vet has deemed him the fourth worst she has ever seen in her career!

He has been completely abandoned for years by his “owners” who we are looking at prosecuting down to the level of neglect and abuse this poor boy has suffered!

I only met this boy last week and have never been so scared in my life at what I saw. His fur was matted everywhere other than his head so he was in immense pain! The matted fur was soiled with his own blood, urine and other things sadly. He was covered in flies, hissing and petrified by the world he now knew.

Once we managed to capture him and get him to the vets the news was more positive than we expected. At first we were worried he would have to be put down but he has arthritis, severe cat flu, quite a few elevated levels and very low platelets. He wasn’t microchipped, neutered and the road ahead is long.

However , I believe in the faith of human kindness! We now need to get all his teeth removed due to severe decay otherwise he wouldn’t live. He is on pain killers and antibiotics thus far and we need to elevate his platelets so that he can go under to have essential surgery.

We are simply looking at raising the money to remove his teeth and for medication and injections . Neutering can be done via cats protection voucher.

Thereafter, when he is well we would like to continue this page for the many other cats that the lady I met Shahin currently finances. She does so from her pension and is an angel

in human form x

We have named our little man Winston and we hope that the road ahead and recovery from cat flu and imminent surgery is a path of ease and happiness. That we can restore his faith in the world and make his last few years (we think he is 12), years of love, warmth and happiness x
