Saving Tyson & Moedig
Donation protected
Hey friends! For my birthday this year, I’d love if you could help me save Tyson and Moedig, a homeless dog and cat I’ve taken on this past week.
Tyson is a senior dog in need of a lot of TLC and medical care. He’s been living in a cramped truck in the hot summer sun of a Walmart parking lot and has gone a long time without getting what he needs. Thankfully his owner realized that Tyson needed more help than he could give him.
Tyson is now on antibiotics and pain meds to help with his UTI and badly infected mouth. He gets ear meds, and I bandage him nightly with a salve for all the open sores and callouses on his paws and elbows that make walking painful. Later this month, he’s scheduled for dental surgery.
Tyson’s a super sweet, feisty guy who deserves a chance to enjoy retirement pain free, chasing after his new lil chocolate lab girlfriend. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to give him just that ♥️
Moedig (Dutch for “brave”) has been a stray for many years up in Berlin, NH. I could tell this sweet, docile tomcat was in rough shape and ready for help the moment I saw him. Moe’s mouth is badly infected and the few teeth that remain will likely need extraction. He’s thin, and with such a painful mouth, he’s gone without grooming himself for quite some time. I’m glad we trapped him before the winter. He’s now on antibiotics, eating like a champ, and awaiting neutering and dental surgery.
I’m paying for all of this out of my pocket while feeding several other mouths. Tyson’s immediate medical costs will total upwards of $1500 and Moe $500. I figured plenty of good souls out there might help me. If you’d like to help these sweet lil babes, please donate and/or share ♥️
