Hi all. My name is Orianna and I'm 22 years old. Due to PCOS ( Polycystic Oviarian Syndrome) and depression my weight piled on since puberty, I tried every sort of diets, exercise and metformin to try combat it, nothing worked! During this time ive had emergency surgery to remove a large cyst of my ovary. At my biggest I weighed 26 stone at the age of 19. My depression spiralled and started to suffer with anxiety and panic attacks because I was so down with the weight and from past bullying at school because of it. With lots of discussion with doctors, friends and family I decided the only way I could lose the weight and keep it off was to have a gastric sleeve. The NHS waiting lists were years long and the weight was still piling on so with the help of family and friends I went abroad in 2022 to have it done. I've since had surgery to have my gall bladder removed due to the weight loss and as of today I have lost 12 stone. I'm amazed how well its gone however I'm left with alot of loose skin. No exercise can solve this. The NHS won't consider me for a tummy tuck as its not causing any serious medical issues apart from my mental health declining again and no confidence. I have decided to go abroad again for a 360 tummy tuck. I had a sponsor and and the date is booked for June 2025 the deposits paid however my sponsor has since backed out. Its took me a while to post this as I'm not one to usually have to ask but there's only so much my family and myself can raise and time is getting on. I have since been diagnosed with a condition called FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) which causes me seizures, tics and other physical symptoms and im unable to work or drive unless ive been symptom free for 3 months!...This surgery will help my mental health, confidence and self esteem massively! Anything given is hugely appreciated ❤️
ive still got some hope left I really do, if i manage to go for this surgery I will document it all and I will bring you all on my journey ♥️
