Preservation Mathews, Inc was created because there was a group of citizens intent on saving the L.M. Callis House from demolition.  We had to move quickly to create a 501 c3 and obtain the funding to get the house moved before the end of 2016 or it would be demolished.  It is because of this tight timeline that we had no time to fundraise.  We were not deterred and were able to obtain a private loan to save the house!  We have saved the L.M. Callis House! Now we must raise the funds to repay the loan! We need your help! All monies raised will go to repay the cost of moving the house!
