Saving the Church Butte Boyer

Our church is called the Sanctified Baptist Church of Butte Boyer; Located in Port-au-Prince Haiti. Currently one of the dangerous cities in Haiti right now. The mixture of poverty and government ineptitude has caused Haiti to become more unstable by the day. With all this trouble around, we have stood tall and faithfully spread the Word of God to the best of our ability even though it is not easy, especially now.  In 2010, we built this church with the help of CBMS( nonprofit organization that plants churches in Haiti). Many times we have struggled financially, but it seems as if God always found a way. Now we need him to open another door, hopefully with the help of you.

Since 2010 we've rented the land the church sits on. This is the only way we've been able to stay functional. Now the landlord has suddenly changed his mind and won't allow us to rent anymore. He demands we pay for the land outright ($200,000 before taxes non-negotiable). We cannot afford this and only have until June 2021 before we lose the space. Because of this we have decided to move our church onto different land which will benefit the church and the members more. The cost will be $110,000. Our church has been a driving force in the community for so long and it would break our hearts if we are forced to give it up. It would be devastating to the community if the church could no longer meet because it has  to close its doors due to this unmet need. There are around 100 faithful members always ready to come and worship and nearly 200 more occupants that aren't registered members yet. All of which would be so grateful if you could find it in your heart to donate whatever you can spare.

Please help us continue what we started. Spreading the Word of God. Giving people a safe place to worship. Loving on others because He loved us first!
