Saving Sorbet
Sorbet has had a challenging first few months of life but she doesn’t let that bring her down. Her foster family, veterinarians and everyone who meets her will tell you how sweet and affectionate she is. Unfortunately, sweet little Sorbet is very sick.
Sorbet is suffering from severe liver issues from a blockage in her gallbladder. The cause of this blockage has been undetermined and while Tails High and Sorbet’s foster family are exhausting every possible avenue to get her the help she needs, the vets are not positive that she will have a good prognosis. Despite how sick she is, she continues to play with her foster kitten brother and sister Trunks and Marshmellow, purr like crazy and give lots of love and cuddles. She isn’t giving up and neither are we!
Sorbet’s vet bills so far have reached over $5,000 and we are hoping to raise as much money as possible to continue to get her the care she needs. Every dollar counts and goes straight to helping Sorbet.
In addition to Sorbet, Tails High has actively been caring for several other cats with expensive medical needs. Meringue, Macaroni, Kenner the kitten to name a few others.
