Donation protected
If you ever met my cousin you would sum her up in these three words- creative, loving, and joyful. She makes others happy through her beautiful paintings and portraits. Her smile is infectious and she truly lights up the room with her presence. Sadly, that same joy is disappearing, and I fear that I losing my cousin. You see Simone is a 32-year-old woman who was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 Glioblastoma (GBM) on May 3rd, 2023.
Knowing that something was off in her body, Simone persisted with her physicians for months until she received an MRI. Knowing that cancer is often overlooked in minority women; it is a blessing that her 3cm tumor was caught early.
Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most aggressive form of brain cancer. GBM Information Fortunately, the tumor has not metastasized. And Simone is on intrusive 6-month chemotherapy and radiation journey. She will lose all of her hair, the ability to work, and go through the hardest battle of her life.
- As mentioned earlier, this donation platform is to help #SaveSimone as she battles this unrelenting disease at just 32 years old. Your donation can help revive the joy, faith, and humility in my cousin's life.
- The donations will help support her through transportation to therapy, reclaiming self-care, and utility bills until the battle is won.
I am writing on behalf of my cousin to raise money for #SavingSimone, we are unsure how long the battle will last. But I am certain that your support will be the biggest positive impact on her life during this time. Thank you for your donations, prayers and generosity. #SavingSimone
