This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write.
Sheba is my baby. She’s been with me through some of the hardest moments of my life, and right now she’s the one who needs help.
She has a large, infected lump on her side that needs to be surgically removed as soon as possible. The infection is painful, and without surgery it will continue to get worse. Her appointment is on January 9th, and I need to have the funds ready by then so she can get the care she deserves.
I want to be honest:
If I can’t afford the surgery, the only other option presented to me is euthanasia, simply to keep her from suffering.
I am doing everything I can to prevent that.
She still has so much life in her. She still eats, still cuddles, still looks at me like I’m her whole world. I’m not ready to give up on her—and I know she’s not ready to give up either.
Every dollar raised will go directly toward Sheba’s surgery, medication, and recovery care. If you can donate, share, or even just send love, it means more than I can put into words.
Thank you for reading, Thank you for caring and Thank you for helping me give Sheba a chance to heal.
