Savanna's mom has been terribly bitten by rattlesnake.
We're friends of Savanna Rae. You might be too. She's an inspiration for many of us after her victorious battle with cancer last year. You could say it's been a tough year for her, but it's positivity and support from the community that got her through.
We're asking for your support again. Last weekend, in the midst of an already challenging time financially and emotionally, her mom was bitten by a rattlesnake and was found with her airways shut down, in critical condition. She's fighting for her life.
That f***** bit her twice!

A bit about her mom, Cathy. She runs a full time business training and caring for dogs. The current health crisis has caused her to take a serious hit on her income, and she has been making half her normal income.
This past Saturday on April 4th, while on her usual hiking trail with a pack of dogs, Cathy was attacked and bit twice by a juvenile rattlesnake (the most poisonous). Luckily she called 911 before passing out and being found with her airways closed up. She was immediately put on a ventilator, and given extremely high doses of anti venom going on 3 days. She is currently experiencing severe symptoms from both the venom and bacteria from the snakes mouth. They are closely watching and monitoring her, still giving her anti venom, antibiotics and much more in hopes that they will be able to save her leg. She is unable to move from the waste down, still experiencing excruciating pain and will remain in the hospital for the time being.
Not only will her medical expenses be through the roof, she is no longer able to work, and can use any help and assistance she can get to pay for medical bills, food, and rent to help reduce stress while fighting for her life.

Her vitals are stable right now, but there are so many questions about the future. Will she be able to work? Can they save her leg? Will there be lasting neurological damage? Can she support herself? Can she take care of medical bills?
We're all struggling in a way right now. It's the common thread of our shared 2020 experience. The timing for a crisis couldn't be worse for Savanna or her mom. We're asking you, as her friend or community member, for help in a time when not many people are willing or able.
We know and believe that generosity has a way of giving back to the giver, often in greater measure.
A generous person will prosper;
whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. Proverbs 11:25
Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Luke 6:38
Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely,
who conduct their affairs with justice. Psalm 112:5
Our goal is to raise $10,000 for Savanna in benefit of her and her mom during this time of uncertainty and crisis.
We know how quickly these campaigns can grow if supported and if shared with our community. We've seen it before. Yes, we need your help to contribute what you are able, and to help share Saving Savanna's Mom so it can go viral and reach our goal.
Our deepest thanks and words simply fail to express how incredibly grateful we are.
