I have been struggling. It’s been one hit after another, and I find myself in a spot where I need help urgently to be able to continue to live in my home.

My mental health has devolved and employment has been spotty, but I am cautiously optimistic about moving forward now that I have identified care and am moving towards more stable employment.

But friends, I’m struggling now. My expenses have mounted, and I’m ashamed that I have to ask this now, but: I need your help. I am facing eviction, which I can stop with $700. I need to raise this money immediately, but I also have impending bills (phone bill, $100 due 12/30; electricity, not sure how much yet, but it will be here soon) and am currently -$58 in my bank account.  I'm trying to come up with enough that I'll have time for the things in the pipeline to start paying.

I'm looking for a more permanent solution, and am currently working odd jobs and gigs. Disability has been applied for, and denied, in the last year. I still have a couple of weeks to make my appeal on their decision. Despite this rough time, I still have plenty of hope for the future.
