Saving Ryan The Rottweiler

My name is ryan, im only a year old and unfortunately i’ve ran unto some health issues. I was born with a congenital liver defect which unfortunately was confirmed today as inoperable by means of a CT scan. I cant be treated unless the vets figure out exactly whats wrong with me By performing a series of expensive tests such as a biopsy.

This is my only hope unfortunately and this may not be the last step. My father has already spent thousands on me trying to get answers but is tapped out.
