Saving Rosco Kelly

Earlier this morning my brother and his dog were saying goodbye to a friend when a speeding car came down the street.  My brother got out of the way of the driver but his dog didn't get away in time and was hit. The driver took off and left the dog injured in the street. The dog has a fractured pelvis and needs surgery. I am trying to help my brother get enough to save this wonderful, sweet, dog that was the perfect pet and friend.  Please help!!!!!!!
