Help Boba Recover After a Suspected Poisoning Incident
Our beloved Samoyed, Boba, was poisoned at Nuevo Dog Park—the fourth incident reported, and unfortunately the most severe. Tragically, three earlier dog poisoning cases were ignored, and now Boba is fighting for his life. He suffered from a severe seizure last night, which led to a heatstroke causing multiple damages internally.
What’s happened so far:
• Deposit already paid: $10,000, quote from doctor attached, and expected to be doubled for another 24 hour
• Projected MRI scan to evaluate possible brain hemorrhage: $2,500–$6,000 (typical vet MRI in the Bay Area; Santa Clara clinics usually quote ~$3,000–$5,000)
• Current health concerns:
• Still unable to stand without sedation
• Diagnosed with moderate liver injury (ALT ~400)
• Poor clotting function—received plasma to help stop possible bleeding
• Possible brain hemorrhage, liver damage, and toxin effects contributing to his weakness
⸻
Why Boba still needs your help:
• We need funds to complete the MRI and any follow-up treatments, including possible additional plasma, MRI-guided medication, and ongoing ICU care.
• Your support will help determine whether Boba has brain bleeding or swelling, evaluate his chances of standing again, and continue critical monitoring and treatment.
Boba has been incredibly strong—he’s already shown signs of awareness and response, trying hard to stand on his own and taking in solid food. Now, we just need the next life-saving diagnostic steps and care to help him fully recover.
Thank you so much for any support. With your help, Boba can have the second chance he deserves. ❤️
