Saving Luna: Urgent Surgery for My Beloved Cat

I am an international student who made the decision to bring my two cherished cats with me when I moved to Toronto in 2022. They have been my loyal companions throughout this journey, providing endless love and comfort. Today, I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart as I share the urgent medical situation my beloved girl Luna is facing.

Recently, Luna fell ill, and in a state of panic, I rushed her to the emergency veterinarian. The diagnosis was devastating. Luna has been suffering from abdominal bleeding caused by a mast cell tumour in her spleen. The veterinarians explained that immediate surgery is crucial to remove the tumour, as any delay could result in further bleeding that may prove fatal for my precious Luna.

Luna means the world to me, and I am desperate to give her the fighting chance she deserves. However, the cost of the surgery and post-operative care is beyond what I can afford as a student. This is why I am humbly reaching out to you for help and support during this challenging time.
